GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Dr. Stella Okene is an accomplished energy executive with extensive experience across upstream oil & gas operations, business development, and strategic growth initiatives. She holds an engineering degree from University of Port Harcourt and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). She is currently enrolled in the Harvard MBA program, further strengthening her leadership, strategic management, and global business expertise within the energy sector.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Shalom Okene oversees the day-to-day operations, business development, and corporate strategy of Stelog Energy Group. He graduated with First Class honours in Business & Management from University of Reading and holds a Master’s degree in Management from Imperial College London. His experience spans private equity, commodities, investment banking, and technology, with previous roles at S&P Global, Hannam & Partners, and Revolut, where he focused on energy markets, M&A, and business development.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Ejirioghene Obufokoro oversees operational coordination, project execution, and technical service delivery across Stelog Energy Group’s service operations. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Port Harcourt and brings extensive experience across wireline services, field operations, and energy infrastructure. His previous roles include Head of Department for Wireline Services at Geoplex, Strategic Business Unit Manager at Xenergi Gas to Products, District Manager at Oil Data, and Field Engineer at SLB.

HEAD OF LEGAL

Gloria Ondah oversees legal, compliance, human resources, and corporate governance functions across Stelog Energy Group. She is a legal and HR professional with over a decade of experience spanning corporate administration, people management, regulatory compliance, and organizational development within the energy sector. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from University of Ilorin and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Nasarawa State University.
